Ø Review of Welder’s and Welding Operator’s for s SAW ,GTAW and SMAW and prepare summary list,ID’s and certificates
Ø Trouble shoot day-to-day queries regarding Quality of Product
Ø Preparation of Procedures for Welding, shop floor,NDT etc
Ø Co-ordinating and leading team of QA/QC Engineers
Ø Conduct WQT on Subcontractor’s and companies Welding Operator’s and Welders and prepration of reports.
Ø Preparation of WPS,PQR for the project
Ø Witnessing and approve mechanical Testing,Hydrotesting
Ø Implement Quality Control System and Plan
Ø Overall QA/QC Documentation Control
Ø Knowledge in API,ASME and IS codes
o Approval of QAP/ITP for vendor/Supplier at site as per specification.
o Inspection at Vendor/Supplier premises and getting it cleared from Client/Third party Inspection.
Ø NDT Inspections in site like R.T film Interpretation,
Ø D.P.T Inspection, U.T Inspection, Painting, Alignment etc.
Ø Destructive testing as per requirement like Tensile and Bend Test.
Ø Consumable’s Inspection and monitoring Test Certificates
Ø Prepare WPS & conduct WPQT and prepration of reports
Ø Conduct WQT on subcontractors welders
Ø Review of welders summary list,ID”s and certificates
Ø Painting Inspection
Ø Should make and update of all type of ISO related and Quality related documents.
