Job Description :
- To provide general facilities administration support including responding to calls for facility repair, the purchase of office supplies including stationery, business cards, name plates, handling courier services, printing services, petty cash account and facility security functions.
- Coordinate with other departments on requirements and/or dealings with general premises/facilities queries.
- Copying data, compiling records, filing, posting and other incidental duties.
- Record keeping and MIS
- Administration of Vehicle, Guest House and Canteen
- Assistance to Head HR in all HR related functions including Recruitments, arrangement for Training etc
- Visa and Passport management for International visits of employees
